Our trainings and consultation services are developed and facilitated by a multidisciplinary team of 2SLGBTQIA+ community members.
WorQshop delivers inclusive, community-based training grounded in accountability, collaboration, and care. Using a trauma-informed and intersectional approach, our facilitators introduce key concepts in Queer theory, Canadian and local histories, relevant statistics, and practical best practices for inclusion and allyship.
Our trainings are interactive, creating space for questions, reflection, and real-world application. Virtual trainings are always delivered live by trained facilitators, ensuring responsive and engaging learning.
